MacSpeech, Inc. today announced the release of MacSpeech Dictate 1.5.6,
an update to the premier speech recognition solution on the Macintosh. The MacSpeech Dictate 1.5.6 update introduces
a new Dictation Preferences pane that lets users enable or disable the
Auto Cache Document feature for TextEdit and Microsoft Word. MacSpeech
Dictate 1.5.6 is also a maintenance release that fixes reported issues
to this popular solution for the Macintosh, which provides exceptional
speech recognition accuracy and works with existing applications. The MacSpeech Dictate 1.5.6 update is
available free of charge to registered MacSpeech Dictate 1.5 customers
using the "Check for Updates" feature. In addition, customers
of MacSpeech Dictate Medical, MacSpeech Dictate Legal and MacSpeech
Dictate International can update to the corresponding version 1.5.6,
also by using their "Check for Updates" feature. Detailed
